Make your own granola is much healthier than buying store bought as you can control the amount of added sugar, without the refined sugar found in common brand granola.
Sprinkle on top of Greek yogurt or enjoyed on its own, they are easy to whip up!
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons good quality honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
How to make your own granola:
Preheat oven to 175 C. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper, set aside.
Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds, stir well.
Stir in cinnamon and vanilla into the peanut butter and honey mixture. Add oats and toss to coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until slightly golden, let cool completely until crispy and store in air tight container.
