You'll need:
1 cup Peanut Butter
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips,optional (I skipped)
How to make flourless peanut butter cookies:
Preheat oven to 180 C. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper, set aside.
Combine peanut butter and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Add in vanilla, eggs, one at a time and mix well.
