1 avocado, peeled, cored and mashed
2 slices of rye bread
balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
How to assemble the toast:
Toast both slices of bread inoven or over saucepan.
Spread avocado on each piece, and arrange tomato slices.
Drizzle over balsamic vinegar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
